Initially after starting atkins diet, you should reduce 15 pounds weight on fourteenth day is known as “Induction” By intaking carbohydrates 20 grams a day that is by intaking low carbohydrate vegetables like lettuce, broccoli and tomatoes you can achieve great weight loss in your body. In an another stage,that is in pre-maintenance your rate of loosing weight should be gradually slow.
